LEADERSHIP
Ajay Gupta, founder and Director of Nirman Consultants, graduated as a Civil Engineer from the esteemed IIT Roorkee in 1989. He started his own venture to create dream spaces, growing from a one-man operation to a team of growing associates, successfully completing around 500 residential, 100 commercial, and 200 industrial projects. His expertise has allowed the firm to work in healthcare, education and tourism, serving notable clients like Hindustan Coca Cola, Parle, GAIL, and Radisson Hotel.
As a Fellow member of the Institution of Engineers (India) and the Institution of Valuers India, he chairs the Association of Professional Graduate Civil Engineers (India) and is a government-approved Engineer for KDA. He is recognized as a "Competent Person" by the government to issue stability certificates under the Factories Act, 1948. he is an accomplished interior designer and contractor for esteemed organizations such as RBI and SBI. Additionally, he provides consultancy services for the UP Stock Exchange and acts as a Project Techno-Economic Viability Consultant for various financial institutions.
